SOUTH GATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
55 unit multifamily housing development on 1.5 acres of formally warehouse and light manufacturing use. The development combines market rate housing along with low income units to achieve higher density and maximum usage of the site. Three separate but interconnected buildings are arranged around a landscaped courtyard giving all the tenants an easy access to outdoor areas. Corrugated metal façade treatment references the site’s industrial roots and sets the stage for the rapidly transforming neighborhood.
DALIAN SPORTS COMPLEX
Winning competition entry for a 200-acre sports and entertainment complex.
It contains a 80,000 seat soccer stadium, a 10,000 seat indoor arena, a 10,000 seat tennis stadium, a 5,000 seat swimming stadium, training and sport research facility, 200 room hotel, and living quarters for athletes and coaches.

DALIAN CONVENTION CENTER
Winning competition entry for the Dalian convention center, conference center, and the convention city which cover an area of approximately 3.4 square kilometers

AZALEA SHOPPING CENTER
This award winning ground-up open-air shopping mall creates an exciting place to hang-out, have fun, shop, and dine. With boutique retail stores, restaurants, and water features all arranged in a pedestrian friendly landscaped setting, this is the perfect place to spend some time with family and friends. Sustainable features such as reclaimed barn wood and live green wall façade treatments add to the charm of the place.

KEMPINSKI HOTEL
425 room Kempinski Hotel, part of the sports complex in the city of Dalian.
The hotel features a 1500 sqm ball room, a large fitness center and exercise pool area, a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and a western style garden cafe.
The ground floor has a four story lobby, numerous shops, and extensive guest services. The project completed in 2013.
